EastWest College of Natural Therapies founded in 1978 is the one of the oldest school in Australia, instructing in shiatsu and massage therapies.

Ikebana Exhibition

Shoso Shimbo and his students are presenting an exhibition of contemporary Japanese flower arrangements. Shoso is regarded as one of Australia’s top ikebana artists and has won multiple awards including the gold award at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

Yamato nadeshiko -Yuki-

Yamato Nadeshiko is a Japanese word which means” the idealized image of a Japanese female”

nadeshiko=a kind of Japanese flower (Dianthus)

Suibokuga Demonstration & Masterclass

The Suibokuga artist and the chairperson of the International Bokuga Association, Kinsui Katori, will visit Melbourne again for the first time since the successful association’s exhibition at the Royal Exhibition Building in 2005 and will conduct a public masterclass and demonstration.
