【SAKE JAPAN】
SAKE JAPAN sells Japanese sake such as nihonshu (rice wine), syochu (Japanese spirit) and umeshu (plum wine) online.
SAKE JAPAN is now going to give away Kizakura Yamahai jikomi to 2 people.
The president of Kizakura confidently recommends Kizakura Yamahai jikomi which has rich flavor with depth and width.
Yamahai jikomi is a traditional fermentation process where they use popular soft water called Fushimizu from Fushimi, Kyoto at low temperature with extra time.
On a hot summer evening, drink it chilled with sashimi. At room temperature, it also blends well with strong flavor meat dishes. This is traditional sake that you can enjoy anytime with any dish you like.
