Widely well known that nori seaweed has large amount of minerals, in addition, many nutrients are contained, and many health benefits are anticipated.
• Vitamin C for your skin health
It is destroyed when it is cooked it because most vitamin C is vulnerable to heat, but vitamin C included in nori seaweed resists heat, and a nutrient is not broken even if bake it.
• Twice amount of dietary fibre than spinach
