Mince Cutlet
[ Ingredients (serve 4) ]
4 Fully Cooked Hamburger Steaks
1 or 2 Eggs
Flour
Fresh Bread Crumb
Tonkatsu Cutlet Sauce
Mustard
Salad Mix
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Cherry Tomatoes
[ Methods ]
1)
Defrost hamburger steaks; splinkle flour, dipped in beaten eggs, then apply bread crumb.
2) Deep fry steaks in 170℃ until golden brown.
3) Place cut tomatoes , salad mix onto a dish; sprinkle over balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
4) Cut cutlets into pieces, place on the dish; serve with tonkatsu cutlet sauce and mustard
